Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SOLFIXO website (solfixo.com) and, where applicable, the services we provide. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

SOLFIXO provides e-commerce growth services — including Amazon Private Label, PPC, Wholesale, and related training and account management — across marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify and TikTok Shop. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement between you and SOLFIXO.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

• Provide accurate information and any access we reasonably need to deliver the services.
• Maintain your own marketplace and seller accounts and comply with each marketplace’s policies and applicable laws.
• Respond in a timely way to requests for approvals, assets or decisions needed to progress your work.
• Ensure the products you sell are genuine, compliant and lawful.

Fees, billing cycles and payment terms are defined in your individual proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once work on the relevant service has commenced.

The SOLFIXO name, logo, website and original materials are our property. Work products we create specifically for you become yours as set out in your agreement, typically once the fees for that work are paid. You retain ownership of your brand, content and store.

E-commerce performance depends on many factors outside our control — including marketplace algorithms, competition, pricing, inventory and platform policy changes. While we work diligently toward your goals, we do not guarantee specific sales, rankings or financial results.

We are an independent agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, TikTok or any other platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

Each party agrees to keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOLFIXO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the relevant agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable. We may suspend or end services if these Terms are breached or if continuing would require us to act unlawfully or against a marketplace’s policies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a different governing law is agreed in writing in your individual agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept them.
